healthy ice cream

This is nothing new, I didn't invent it and would have never thought of it. Banana's aren't my favorite fruit so not someone I would have come up with. 

My hubby and daughter, however, love banana's so I thought i would give it a go, and I was pretty curious to see what it was like.

cute bananas. I did all but 2 of this bunch, although Aurora was snacking while I was cutting them.

 froze the slices

 blend with cocoa powder, vanilla, a little milk and a teensy bit of of half and half
Put in little bowls and put some chocolate sauce on just to make it yummier
